The product takes advantage of this property of benzyl chloride by freezing and thawing the plant sample and then applying Pipet Tip to the Microtube wall several times to break down the cell wall. Compared with the traditional method, this method avoids the tedious steps such as liquid nitrogen grinding and is advantageous to deal with a large number of samples at one time. Moreover, this product has been improved, heat treatment time only 15 minutes, use this product from the beginning of the experiment to the water phase recovery only 30 minutes. The Genomic DNA can be amplified by PCR and treated with restriction enzyme.
