DOSAGE: Plate method (slide method) : this product and the patient’s serum or 10% erythrocyte physiological sodium chloride suspension according to 1:1 use, no further dilution, according to the agglutination judgment results. 6. Test Tube method: this product and 5% erythrocyte physiological sodium chloride suspension of the examinee are used by 1:1, no need to be diluted, shaken, centrifuged for 1 minute at 1000 R/min or left at room temperature for 1 hour. The result is judged according to the agglutination or not.
